利比里亚渔业合作项目 Liberia Fisheries Cooperation Project

项目建设占地：10平方公里。该地块由利比里亚政府无偿出让，用以建设渔业园区（现已出让3000亩）。

The project construction covers an area of 10 square kilometers. The land was sold free of charge by the Liberian government for the construction of a fishing park (3000 acres have now been sold).

投资规模：总投资约30亿元人民币。并提供35年最优惠投资免征税等政策。允许从0-200海里的33艘捕捞渔船作业指标渔船(25~200米、动力150~2000千瓦)。

Investment scale: The total investment is about 3 billion yuan. And provide the most favorable investment tax exemption and other policies for 35 years. Allow 33 fishing vessels from 0-200 nautical miles to operate as fishing vessels (25-200 meters, power 150-2000 kilowatts).

建设周期：5-8年分三期投资建设：

项目地理为八个功能区块：渔业码头作业区及油罐等陆域配套（修造船厂）、水产冷链物流加工区、商品交易区及交易中心、水产养殖基地、农业示范休闲观光区、中央商务区、公益事业区块（盖一个学校及医院）、生活配套设施区。

Construction period: 5-8 years, divided into three phases of investment and construction:

The project is divided into eight functional blocks: fishing dock operation area and land supporting facilities such as oil tanks (shipyards), aquatic cold chain logistics processing area, commodity trading area and trading center, aquaculture base, agricultural demonstration leisure and sightseeing area, central business district, public welfare area (with a school and hospital built), and living facilities area.
